First-launch steps (unsigned and unnotarized build):

1. Open skulpton-mac-universal.dmg and drag skulpton.app into Applications
2. Try opening skulpton.app once, then close the macOS warning
3. Open Apple menu → System Settings → Privacy & Security
4. Scroll down to Security and click Open Anyway for skulpton.app
5. Confirm by clicking Open Anyway again and enter your login password if requested
6. Subsequent launches from Applications are normal

The Open Anyway button is available for about one hour after step 2. Only continue after confirming that the file came from the official download. See Apple’s guidance for details.

System requirements

• macOS 11 (Big Sur) or later — Apple Silicon / Intel
• RAM: 4 GB recommended
• MIDI: built-in on macOS

Licensing

• Free — up to 8 tracks, permanent, no signup
• Pro — $0 during beta testing / all features unlocked
